As a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach based in Bristol, Claire combines tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice with health coaching to empower employees. 'With my background as an animation team leader in the film industry, I understand the challenges of maintaining health in a demanding environment. Inspired by my background as a creative I love to get people involved in making some delicious healthy snacks, proving its not all kale and quinoa! Sharing and eating is always fun and fantastic for team building.
